This customer had a fault with their domestic heating installation. It was a dual fuel system (oil boiler, solid fuel / wood burning stove or combination of both) with two hot water cylinders. In total there is 7 motorised valves and all controlled via wireless room thermostats and programmer. One of the hot water cylinders was not heating with the oil boiler only.
